A good portion of my practice is devoted to providing comprehensive and detailed medication evaluations.  I have made it my practice to send a detailed report (with the patient’s consent) to the referring provider within a few days of seeing a patient.  I enjoy working collaboratively with therapists and primary care clinicians.  My initial diagnostic interview is 90 minutes in length; medication follow-up appointments are usually 30 minutes long.  Payment for my services is predominantly out-of-pocket.  I do provide patients with a statement at the end of every month should they wish to seek reimbursement from their insurer.  Patients with financial hardship are encouraged to call me to discuss options.
