I am located in the Diamondwood Medical Arts suite of offices at 4255 18^th Street, second floor, between Diamond and Collingwood, and across the street from Firewood Cafe. The office is three blocks from the Castro MUNI station (K, L, or M trains).  During the day there is plenty of on-street parking, metered and un-metered, within a two-block radius. 
The Castro is a bustling neighborhood with many restaurants, retail, floral and coffee shops.
